Partnership packages may be purchased as needed and adjusted at any time based on workload, even within the same month. This structure allows you to scale support up or down while maintaining budget flexibility.
All time is tracked and billed in 15-minute increments.

Additional hours beyond your selected package
- You will be notified as your prepaid hours begin to run low, giving you the option to purchase an additional Creative Partnership Package and continue receiving the discounted rate.
- If usage exceeds your prepaid hours and a new Creative Partnership Package is not purchased, any remaining work will be billed at the standard à la carte rate of $120/hour, invoiced in 15-minute increments.
- If your usage consistently exceeds your selected package, I may recommend transitioning to a higher Creative Partnership tier to maintain discounted pricing and ensure continued availability.
