Beat the Monday blues with the Monday Hues! Today's color inspiration comes from a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies I baked recently. They are by far THE best recipe I have found. I became gluten intolerant in recent years, but thanks to Vanessa Barajas and her book Clean Eating with a Dirty Mind, I am now able to enjoy a sweet treat every now and then that is not only delicious, but it doesn't make sick for 2 days like all wheat products. If you get your hands on the book, check out page 284. You won't be sorry - trust me!

Beat the Monday blues with the Monday Hues! Today's color inspiration comes from one of my kitchen experiments. I got a recipe for paleo banana bread, but thought it would be extra tasty if I added some chopped apples and walnuts with a little bit of ghee.
The results were as delicious as this color palette! Click on the button below to download this theme for use on your design projects.
Beat the Monday blues with the Monday Hues! Today's color inspiration comes from a set of manually lined envelopes I crafted to pair up with some of my hand lettered greeting cards. It's a great color theme for Valentine's Day - not too girly, not too pink, beautiful festive colors combined with rich neutrals. Have a great week, and don't forget to click the button below to download the color theme to use on your design projects.
Today's color inspiration comes to you from one of my daughter's creations - Barbie clothes! She's teaching herself how to sew, and made this shirt and skirt from fabric scraps. Not bad for an eleven year old, right? And well, since the craftiness runs in the family, I took a picture of her first sewing project and created a nice color theme for you. Enjoy!
Beat the Monday blues with the Monday Hues! Yes the Monday Hues are back (finally) and I apologize for the interruption, but I was forced to take a vacation last fall due to some medical issues. I am happy to report that I am feeling better now and eager to get back on track with the color series as well as with Stationery Boot Camp training!
