Art is cool, but it's waaaay cooler when it's funny and relatable. If you live in a Latinx household then this Spanish Halloween art print is a "must add" to your seasonal decor.
The phrase "aqui asustan" or "aqui espantan" is used to alert others that the place is haunted and to alert others that you might get scared. That last sentence though...that takes ALL blame away from any ghost. Haha. This black and white print is available in 5x7 and 8x10. Printed by a professional printshop to ensure high quality and durability. Ships within 3 business days from Palm Springs, California. Need a t-shirt for your next Mexican Fiesta? I got'chu, girl!
This design was inspired by traditional Mexican embroidery which is colorful and vibrant. The hand lettered text reads "Viva Mexico" and the little butterfly completes the sentence by saying "Cabrones!" Cute, feminine design featuring your favorite quote filled with Mexican pride. So many things to be thankful for this Easter, especially now that we can finally go back to church after the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. May this be the beginning of a beautiful spring and summer filled with lots outings, time with loved ones and just the right amount of alone time. And thank you for following along my creative journey - I appreciate you so!
Xo, Dio =] Hey gorgeous, ¿a que hora sales al pan? Just asking 'cause I want to know if your baker also makes gluten-free conchas, asi que I'm not flirting with you — I promise!
The phrase "¿A que hora sales al pan?", is a famous Mexican pickup line. Traditionally, most tweens/teens walk to the nearest bakery several times a week to get freshly baked bread para la merienda or el desayuno, and that's when the boys meet up with the girls for a quick glance (or a kiss) with their crush. Just ask your parent or your abuelitos, they'll tell you about it and perhaps reminisce about "the good old days" and tell you stories of their youth you've never heard before. =] Coffee mug available in my Etsy shop. May this day bring awareness to all the wonderful contributions women have made throughout history and the valuable contributions we continue to make right before our very eyes. También espero que pronto llegue el dia en que la vida de la mujer, sus decisiones, derechos y su trabajo sean valorados mundialmente, igual que los hombres. Dios nos siga abriendo camino y sigamos pa' delante - no se rajen, chingonas!
Xo, Dio Add a little cuteness and an expression of your gratitude to your packages by adding these cute and inexpensive thermal printed shipping stickers. Please note they printed on my Rollo Thermal Printer*, which means the quality is a little rough...a bit pixelated on the edges, but they still look great.
• Stickers Measure 2.25x1.25 inches • Available in Pink and White • Hand lettered artwork by me, Dio Perez, ©2020 copyright • Orders ship within 2 business days from Palm Springs, California If there are any expressions you would like to have printed on a sticker, please let me know! NEW IN THE SHOP! I recently had a request for an SVG file of my existing "Better Late than Fea" design featured on my coffee mugs. Since I am already using that design, I decided to create a similar one, which frankly, I'm excited to use as well! This design is horizontal in nature which makes it PERFECT for decorating your own canvas makeup bags with iron-on vinyl and your Cricut machine. This file is sold with limited commercial license. Make sure to read the terms of use in the description when purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
