Lettering: Hello Friday

Lettering tip: Don't feel like you have to write an entire word without lifting your pen away from the paper. I know that's not what we were taught in school when learning how to write in cursive, but when it comes to hand lettering, all those rules we learned back then go out the window. Feel free to lift your pen off the page as often as you need and to go back and enhance your letters at any time by adding swirls, connecting them to other letters, or using hearts instead of dots over the "i".
