Monday Hues: Paleo Cookies

Beat the Monday blues with the Monday Hues! Today's color inspiration comes from a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies I baked recently. They are by far THE best recipe I have found. I became gluten intolerant in recent years, but thanks to Vanessa Barajas and her book Clean Eating with a Dirty Mind, I am now able to enjoy a sweet treat every now and then that is not only delicious, but it doesn't make sick for 2 days like all wheat products.
